This frame is manufactured from 16 SWG CDS2 tube and bronze welded. The model shown is nearing completion and uses a CBR 600 tank, RI seat and tailpiece.

BMW Métisse in touring trim
Frames, frame kits and complete bikes can be built in touring and café racer style. A selection of fairings, seats and tail pieces are also available for BMW, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha.
The frame for this special project bike was manufactured from CDS2 tube and bronze welded. Aluminium engine plates were incorporated into the fixed design and under-slung monoshock suspension was fitted. Design and concept by the owner Phil James. The bodywork and frame have still to be sprayed.
