Commissioned to design and fabricate an electric motorcycle in a lightweight "Bobber style" with the motor, batteries and electrical components housed in V-twin styled cases.

 

Design: Steve Smith and Metal Malarkey Engineering.

Frame: Tig welded, high tensile steel tube.
             Dia 1 3/4", 1 1/2". 


Hubs: Talon

Tyres: Avon Roadrider. R

              Front disc - semi floating 320mm wavey
              Rear disc - fixed 250mm wavey


 

Forks and Yokes: Forks, Ceriani 35mm.

                             Yokes, integral handlebar clamps.

Motor/Battery housing: Malarkey Engineering design.
                                     Billet World machining.

Motor/Controller: Ashwoods

 

Footrests: Barleycorn.
